Meters for Compressed Air and Gases

Gas meter BMG 1025
Gas meter BMG 1025
The BMG 1025 series is ideal for measuring the consumption of individual compressed air units due to its compact design and favorable price-performance ratio. The gas meter has an integrated flow straightener and can therefore be installed directly on the machine. In addition to the total consumption, the BMG 1025 sensor measures the process variables of the compressed air network, such as flow velocity, media temperature and optionally media pressure.
Penetration sensor BMG 1500
Penetration sensor BMG 1500
This consumption meter is ideal for extremely high flow rates in humid air up to a temperature of +180 °C. Typical applications include measuring the delivery volume of compressors, during compressed air audits or measuring the efficiency of compressed air systems. The integrated, precise differential pressure sensor measures the differential pressure/dynamic pressure at the sensor tip. This depends on the respective gas speed. The flow can therefore easily be determined based on the pipe diameter.
With the help of the additional measurement of temperature and absolute pressure, measurements can be made at a wide variety of temperatures and pressures by calculating the respective density, also in a wide variety of gases.
Consumption meter BMG 1020
Consumption meter BMG 1020
This consumption meter with built-in measuring section for compressed air and technical gases is ideal for use as a sub-meter. It works according to the calorimetric measuring principle and does not require additional pressure and temperature compensation. The evaluation electronics record all measured values digitally, precisely and quickly. The meter has a Modbus interface as standard and is also available with an M-Bus interface on request. The classic version as a measuring section (threaded or flanged) can be installed in all pipes regardless of position.
Consumption meter BMG 1050
Consumption meter BMG 1050
This meter works according to the calorimetric measuring principle. Additional temperature and pressure compensation is therefore not necessary. Due to its robust design, the die-cast aluminum housing and the robust sensor tip made of stainless steel 1.4571, it is suitable for demanding industrial applications. An ATEX version is available for use in explosive environments. The version with DVGW approval is available for consumption measurements, e.g. of natural gas.
Consumption meter BMG 1070
Consumption meter BMG 1070
This consumption and flow sensor with integrated measuring section works according to the calorimetric measuring principle, so additional temperature and pressure compensation is not necessary. -The BMG 1070 version of the sensor is supplied with an integrated measuring section. The measuring sections are available either as flanged or threaded versions. A particular advantage is the unscrewable measuring unit. This allows the measuring unit to be removed quickly and easily for calibration or cleaning purposes. During this time, the measuring section is sealed using a sealing plug (accessory).
