Energy management software

With the combination of the energy management and energy controlling software Efficio, together with the load and charge management software Optimo, you can measure, record, analyze, report, alarm and thus achieve energy optimization of all consumers – all combined in one software. With extensive analysis and reporting options, the evaluations can be designed entirely according to your needs.
Experience has shown that an energy management system can achieve savings of up to 15 %, which means that the investment is often amortized in a short time.

“Optimo” load management and charging management

Why pay more grid usage fees than necessary? This is because the energy supplier bases its calculation on your maximum annual output, the so-called power peak, and not on your actual energy consumption.

Avoid power peaks in electricity and gas consumption fully automatically and significantly reduce your grid usage costs. With our intelligent Optimo load management system, you can counteract expensive power peaks in industrial production processes or the operation of building complexes. Control power generators and consumers flexibly. Intervene actively, directly and quickly in your power consumption.

LoRaWAN

Energy and production figures are often influenced by environmental factors, material quality and transportation conditions. In order to recognize this, numerous other sensor data must be recorded in addition to the energy data.

Due to the standardization of IoT technology with the introduction of the “Long Range Wide Area Network”, a wireless and cost-effective collection method for sensor data is available. With just one IoT gateway, data can be collected from low-cost sensors within a radius of over 1 km², which can be positioned virtually anywhere due to their battery operation. Very long battery lifetimes (typically 10 years) ensure long-term, maintenance-free operation.

Regardless of whether an IoT infrastructure already exists or is currently being considered, our IoT cloud solution ensures secure data collection and integration into the Efficio energy management software without having to provide know-how and infrastructure within the company itself.

Energy meters, current transformers, multimeters and network analyzers

A comprehensive energy management system also includes hardware. That’s why we offer a wide range of energy meters, current transformers, multimeters and network analyzers that are tailored to the needs and requirements of our customers. We can even offer meters, flow, heat and cooling sensors for media such as water, compressed air and gases. Our hardware can of course be perfectly integrated into the Efficio and Optimo energy management software.
