Construction and execution

We manufacture and distribute generator and transformer star-connected earthing resistors and equipment. Our standard range of products includes a selection of the most common current values for various switch-on times up to a system voltage of 24kV. Thus, we can respond promptly to customer enquiries and offer cost-optimised solutions.
In addition to this, our engineering department enables the design of customised earthing resistor installations including the consideration of the most diverse options: Load and/or bypass switches, remote operation, current and voltage transformers, continuous current in normal operation and much more. Protection class up to IP54 including appropriate ventilation and housing design, made to order, form only a small proportion of the entire engineering process.
It goes without saying that these installations are also designed in ac-cordance with the applicable standards and regulations. Through the use of high-quality materials and components, a high level of quality and long service life is ensured.

Application fields

Neutral point earthing resistors limit the fault current, till the protective relay disconnects the electric circuit (e.g. short-circuit of a phase). The resistors serve to localize the fault current by installations, where the neutral earth point is earthed with an inductivity.
